Abstract

In un ammortizzatore ad attrito dipendente dalla direzione è previsto un anello ad espansione 8 di materiale elastico e completamente incomprimibile, che è circondato da una molla a cappio 11. Con un movimento di orientamento, con cui viene rafforzato l'avvolgimento il materiale si sposta in direzione assiale ed aumenta la pressione nel senso di una maggiore ammortizzazione ad attrito contro i corrispondenti dischi ad attrito 9, mentre nella direzione opposta l'avvolgimento viene rallentato ed agisce uno smorzamento ad attrito determinato dal precarico, per cui l'ammortizzatore ad attrito è in particolar modo adatto per dispositivi di serraggio automatici, per cinghie per trasmissioni.
