Abstract

Un raccordo per tubi comprende una fascetta (3) e ganasce (4, 5). Un tratto di estremità (8) della fascetta (3) è fissato ad una ganascia (4) e l'altro (9) all'altra ganascia (5). Attraverso fori (10, 23) nei tratti di estremità (8, 9) e nelle ganasce (4, 5) sono fatte passare viti di serraggio (6, 7). Le ganasce (4, 5) hanno un bordo radialmente esterno con un primo incavo (15, 16) per la compensazione di differenze di diametro dei tubi (1, 2). Per poter esercitare forze di serraggio superiori ed ottenere una maggiore resistenza alle forze di trazione assiali esercitate sui tubi senza danneggiare le ganasce nella zona di piegatura e senza che si produca la rottura dei fori dei tratti di estremità, le ganasce (4, 5) sono ripiegate ad U , mentre un tratto di estremità (8) è ripiegato attorno ad un fianco (13) dell'altra ganascia (5), ed i tratti di estremità (8, 9) sono chiusi in serraggio tra i fianchi (11, 12; 13, 14). Il primo incavo (15, 16) è formato nei due fianchi (11, 12; 13, 14). Le ganasce (4, 5) presentano in corrispondenza della loro piega interna un secondo incavo (17; 18), mentre gli incavi (15, 17; 16, 18) di ciascuna ganascia (4, 5) sono separati mediante un ponticello assiale (20; 21).
