Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento per la realizzazione in continuo di profilati a sezione chiusa con perforazioni bilaterali e relativo prodotto ottenuto. Il procedimento comprende le fasi di: svolgere almeno una coppia di nastri da almeno due bobine disposte tra loro affiancate e piegare longitudinalmente ciascun nastro per conferirgli una configurazione poligonale aperta in corrispondenza di almeno un lato di accesso. Ciascun nastro definisce una semiparte del profilato che deve essere ottenuto. Viene eseguita una fase di tranciatura delle semiparti di profilato per ricavare una pluralità di perforazioni longitudinalmente distribuite su almeno un lato della configurazione poligonale aperta. Vengono accostate le semiparti facendone combaciare rispettivi bordi longitudinali opposti definiti in corrispondenza dei lati di accesso, per definire una configurazione poligonale chiusa e unite solidalmente le semiparti lungo i bordi longitudinali, combacianti l'uno con l'altro. Il profilato ottenuto viene tagliato in spezzoni di lunghezza desiderata.
