Abstract

An air-conditioning plant with radiating panels comprising means for cooling the thermal carrier fluid, provided with associated end actuating members, means for measuring the temperature and the relative humidity in the room to be conditioned and the delivery temperature of the thermal carrier fluid. The plant is characterized in that said means are operationally connected to an electronic regulator which: processes the temperature and relative humidity values measured in the room and determines the corresponding dew- point temperature; emits a calibration value formed by the dew-point temperature and by a differential which can be set depending on the thermal-insulating characteristics of the floor; compares the calibration value with the delivery temperature of the thermal carrier fluid; and controls the end actuating members of the means for cooling the thermal carrier fluid so as to eliminate any divergence detected between the compared values. <IMAGE>
