Abstract

Si realizza un metodo per regolare il flusso di metallo liquido ad una zona di atomizzazione, la regolazione viene effettuata impartendo un flusso ad alta densità ad una corrente di metallo liquido quando scende verso la zona di atomizzazione. Il flusso ad alta densità viene applicato mediante un concentratone di flusso. Il concentratore di flusso è un piccolo elemento a manicotto attaccato mediante conduttori paralleli ad un elemento a manicotto più grande che agisce come secondario per una bobina primaria estesa attraverso l'elemento di manicotto maggiore. Impartendo un flusso ad alta densità per iniziare una corrente che passa attraverso il concentratore di flusso, le dimensioni in sezione della corrente di massa fusa e la portata di massa fusa attraverso il concentratore vengono regolate a valori che sono corretti per un tipo di azione in forma di spruzzo.
