Un'apparecchiatura per la formatura di un prodotto alimentare destinato alla cottura a partire da un impasto informe, prevede una testa di estrusione (11; 11A) nella quale viene convogliato l'impasto informe e dalla quale viene estruso un impasto sagomato, e prevede inoltre un contenitore (12) nel quale viene adagiato l'impasto estruso; la testa di estrusione (11; 11A) ed il contenitore (12) sono mobili uno rispetto all'altro per la formatura del prodotto alimentare nel contenitore (12).
