Abstract

Uno stampo per la formatura di manufatti ceramici comprende gusci (17, 17') in materiale poroso, di spessore genericamente costante, riproducenti internamente la matrice del manufatto da stampare e aventi esternamente una pluralità di scanalature intercollegate (19, 19'). Detti gusci sono ricoperti da corpi (22, 22') in materiale non poroso a formare un generico parallelepipedo così da essere comprimibili assieme fra piani di pressa (27). Le scanalatura intercollegate (19, 19') formano una rete di condotti interconnessi con l'esterno attraverso condotti (23, 23') ricavati nei corpi non porosi (22, 22').Un metodo realizzativo dello stampo comprende le fasi di formare i gusci (17, 17') in materiale poroso con sulla loro superficie esterna una rete di scanalature; chiudere dette scanalature (19, 19') alla superficie dei gusci mediante strisce (20, 20') per formare una rete di canalizzazioni; formare un corpo (22, 22') su ogni guscio (17, 17') con almeno un condotto (23, 23') sfociante nella rete di scanalature (19, 19').
