Impianto di pressatura di cacao * regolazione * velocità di pressatura * contenuto di acqua * contenuto di grasso * pressione * temperatura * quantità di burro di cacao * funzione di correlazione * memoria dei valori di misura.L'invenzione viene applicata negli impianti di pressatura di cacao e concerne un procedimento per la regolazione della pressatura di burro di cacao.Alla base dell'invenzione sta il compito di regolare l'andamento di pressatura sulla base di parametri tipici di massa.Il compito viene risolto secondo l'invenzione con ciò che viene impostata la velocità di pressatura favorevole, determinata empiricamente, vengono introdotti in una memoria dei valori di misura i parametri contenuto di acqua e contenuto di grasso della massa, viene determinata dopo 2 ... 4 minuti la pressione nel martinetto, la quantità di burro di cacao pressata e la temperatura della massa, segue un confronto con le funzioni di correlazione specifiche di massa memorizzate, viene determinata la funzione di correlazione più vicina e il procedimento di pressatura viene ulteriormente regolato a seconda della funzione di correlazione scelta.
