Abstract

Machine for the preparation of brewed drinks such as coffee, tea or the like, includes two rigid disks (15,16), co-axially separated between themselves, and two rotating disks (21, 22), co-axial between themselves and with respect to the rigid disks (15,16), also inter-connected by means of a shaft (23), pinned through all the disks, and a machine base (18), the shaft, set into rotation by means of an electric motor (25). The rigid disk (15) is furnished with a container (30) for the vegetable brew substances, by a pair of cylinders (32, 33), in which pistons (34,35) elastically run, and by a group for the brew (36), feed with hot water. The rotating disk (22) is furnished with four containers (48 - 51) able to be shifted according to need under each component part of the rigid disk (15), during the rotation of both rotating disks (21, 22) and capable of communicating with these component parts by means of corresponding passage openings (44 - 47) of the rotating disk (21), to thus successively determine the dose and the compression of the vegetable substance, by means of the action of the piston (34), as well as providing for the infusion and expulsion of the residues of the vegetable substances, through the action of the piston (35).The rotating disk (22) is furnished with a passage opening (52-55), which is made to coincide as necessary, with each one of the passage openings (56, 57) of the rigid disk (16) respectively, connected with the vegetable substance residue discharge, and the infusion group (36), to determine the expulsion of such residue, and the infusion by means of a filtrating capsule (60) containing the dose of the vegetable substance, and vertically set into action by the infusion group (36).
