Abstract
The strengthening and salting processes are particularly important when making domestic dairy products. Nowadays these processed are basically manual or using methods that still aren't perfect. With this patent's machine these processes are completely automatic in the sense that the product is collected from the machine, transported for the necessary amount of time into the strengthener or salter and then moved on to the next phase. The remaining machine is usable in all types of industrial production that require a collection process, a phase of holding the product in any type of liquid bath for any amount of time and then transporting it to the next phase, this can include flavouring, sweetening, sharpening, superficial treatment, absorption, stabilisation etc. By using the machine in this invention there is the advantage of making the start of the work phases completely automatic thus eliminating manual intervention and making them aseptic, eliminating possible accidents and any illnesses coming from the people in prolonged contact with the various fluids as well as producing a better quality product with notable economic savings.
