Abstract

Process to produce semi-finished goods suitable for manufacturing straps with contact closures consisting of preparing a PVC spread - supported in polyester or nylon - PVC film, forming a layer of polyurethane finish on the contact closure strip and uniting the two parts using a primer in contact with one side of the PVC film and the other side being in contact with the polyurethane finish. In this way the contact closure semi-finished straps are obtained by means of a unique and simple slicing operation with a HF welder.
