Abstract
Small wheeled buggy for disabled people of the type with a pair of rear, fixed axis wheels and a pair of front, pivoting wheels connected to a support frame that is structurally independent from the seat that is connected and cannot move to the upper part of the frame. The seat has ways to control the height of the guide handle, as well as the angle of the back and the position of the sessile part. It is lighter and easier to transport. Furthermore it can be collapsed independently from frame's seat so that the product can diversify while keeping the same base frame.
