Abstract

Equipment for incorporating hexogen molecules inside erythrocytes by means of a process of reversible subsidence in a continual flow, consisting mainly of letting in the red blood corpuscles to be treated and a hypotonic lysing solution in the relevant divisions of a dialysis filter (9) and in adding at the outlet of the said filter an aqueous solution containing the hexogen agent to be incorporated, working at a temperature of 4 degrees C, comprising at least a tank (2 and 3) containing a coolant, cooled by a power centre (C) and made to recirculate through a cooling box (8), which surrounds at least partially the dialysis filter (9), in the tank (2 and 3), the temperature of which is detected continuously by means of a digital thermostat system with probe (13), whereby two bags (20) and (22) are immersed, which are suitable for receiving the red blood corpuscles, respectively, before and after the dialysis treatment, as well as a bottle (21) containing the hypotonic lysing solution.
