Abstract

Coffee grinding device for coffee beans, formed of an external body provided with a grinding chamber with an opening for delivering the ground coffee, to which an upper metal plate is attached with an opening for supplying the coffee beans, corresponding to which there is a fixed upper grinding disc, which forms an integral part of the metal plate, opposite which there is a mobile grinding disc, which forms an integral part of a shaft to which a bearing is attached, which runs housed in the relevant seat of the external body, the shaft of which is also inserted in a ball bush housed in an adjustable position in the relevant seat of the external body, a gear wheel being present, which is integral to the shaft engaged with the pinion of a motor, there also being present metal levers with a fulcrum at one end in relevant seats of the upper metal plate, resting against the bearing and engaged at the opposite end with means, which can be controlled by a screw, connected to the upper metal plate, suitable for adjusting, via the levers and bearing, the distance between the grinding discs. The coffee grinder according to the invention also conveniently includes a detection and signalling unit for a lack of coffee supply.
