Abstract
The refrigeration unit storage battery distributor consists of a tank to be installed let it be said, downstream in a refrigeration generator and upstream of all the traditional equipment, in the general sense of vats and tubs, however many there are, to be refrigerated, suitable for wine-making and wine storage. The refrigerant carrier is a mass of water, preferably containing glycol, which fills the tank in a closed circuit with the refrigerating generator and with the tubs present provided with cooling pockets, while those that do not have them are kept cool by the carrier by spraying via a refrigerating coil inside the tank in which the water circulates. The tank cools by conduction and there is also another internal refrigerating coil which the crushed grapes and/or the must pass through, directly into the fermentation vat or vats. With the immediate availability of the cooling carrier present in the tank, in this way it is possible to distribute the said carrier in the various tubs or vats of the installation as well as to actuate the individual stages of the wine-making and storage, in continuous succession, also of several stages in succession at the same time, even almost all of them.
