Abstract

The movable or static fence has support posts (10) and modular fencing elements (11) pref. in plastics. Each post has either a long ground screw (12) or an adaptor shaft (13) which fits into a movable support base (14) which can placed on the ground. This may be the kind used to support a parasol. Each fencing element has two cross pieces whose ends are fixed to the posts via female connectors formed with a hinge pin which fit into fixed or orientatable male part (15) on the post. This allows horizontal adjustment on inclined ground of the vertical pivoting fence slats (19).
