Abstract
The impregnation agent is prepd. by mixing (1) varied amt. of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate with (2) urethane prepolymer produced by reacting (a) tolylene diisocyanate in the amt. reduced to such an extent that the quantity of NCO gp. (%) of the prepolymer becomes extremely low with (b) polyol immediately before moulding. The agent is applied to soft resin foam, and heated in a mould and provides semi-hard or hard resin foam having desired physical property. The resin foam moulding having arbitrary physical property is produced from only one kind of urethane prepolymer. Component (1) is added to component (2) and dissolved in methylene chloride.
