A method of preparing and producing a nutritious, high fibre, immunomodulating meat protein based food products called Goat milk fat substituted meat product is disclosed. The process involves using proteinaceous material such as, raw comminuted meats that are minced and bowl chopped after mixing with polyphosphate, sodium nitrite, salt and spice mixture. In the process goat milk fat is added to modify the fatty acid composition of the final product. This blend containing meat protein, fibre, refined wheat flour, common salt, maida, and herbal mixture to make emulsion and is subjected to cooking to an internal core temperature of 75±5°C to obtain the Goat milk fat subsituted meat product. Flavorings, tasty spices, may be topically applied to the product before to packaging.
