Abstract

A construction method for a water sprinkler that comprises stages of moulding in an injection mould with, at least, either different active diameters or different parts of the sprinkler that are placed at a distance from each other along their axial direction, and at least the -I- of the parts are nearly ring shaped. The internal diameter of at least one of the ring shaped parts is a tight fitting of the external diameter of the next smaller of parts. The demoulding of the parts from the core of the matrix begins from the part with the largest external diameter, a result of which causes the parts to be tightly fitted one inside the other in a predefined axial and angular relation and thereby the fully assembled sprinkler is ejected from the mould. An injection mould is also available for the production of fully assembled sprinklers with several accessories.
