Claims (4)
1. A device constituting an assembly for the preservation, quick cooking and distribution of immediately consumable comestibles permitting the preparation at wish of a grill dish and a portion o chips to a desired degree preparation, with sucking off of smoke, recovery of juice and drying of oil, the whole forming a distributing unit of complete meals with the combination of distribution of precooked dishes which are selectable and either cooled or heated, characterised by a containing space, divided into a preservation chamber, a treatment chamber and distributing chamber for meals to be cooked at the instant of demand.
2. · A device as claimed in Claim 1, characterised by the fact that out and prascoked potatoes are placed into a hopper in a refrigerated chamber and are distributed by a volumetric dosing arrangement into a frying appratus comprising two vats or buckets*, the first at relatively low temperature ensuring the defreezing of the ctaee tibles , the second at a very high temperature ensuring the cooking thereof, the transfer being effected by journalled baskets which are synchronised, the fried potatoes being led onto a drying arrangement*
3. · Device acoording to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that portions of meat pre-cut are distributed by a helioal distributing device in a containe provided with a thermic barrier, maintaining the comestible at a low temperature in its higher part and leading it progressively into the lower pa t at its cooking temperature* -X

Device according to Claim 1, characterised by a grill formed by two endless chains heated by superposed resistances and elastioaliy carried by springe t brooms or brushes being provided for cleaning the chains after each use* which chains move between sucking chimney and a collector of juice, the transfer speeds varying according to the degree of the desired cooking, each portion being led in the distributor with a receiving emplacement* 5· Device according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that the frying arrangement and the grill are combined with distributing apparatus integral in the block with helicoidal ramps ensuring the distributing of dishes which are prepared and prefabricated so as to be able to put at the disposal of the consumer a complete meal according to desire and according to choice.
