Claims (8)
1. A device for presenting to a consumer and for stocking both chilled or frozen, as well as heated dishes of food consisting of a tray having at its upper and its lower side a groove extending across the said tray and being provided on one face thereof - at one side of the said grooves · with a depression or depressions adapted to receive food to be chilled or frozen arfl on the opposite side of said groove with an aperture adapted to receive therein a vessel for food to be heated,
2. , The device claimed in claim 1 characterised thereby that in the vicinity of said aperture heat insulating means are provided which can Insulate a vesseU.in said aperture against the substance of the tray,
3. » For use with the trays claimed in any of the proceeding claims a storage box adapted to receive the Baid trays in superposed positions* forming a column with intervals between the individual trays, flexible closure members with being provided in the ¾x and being so positioned that/the said trays in the box the two ends of the said f3i©xible closure members are received in the grooves at the upper and lower side of each tray, in tight contact therewith, electrical heating resistances being provided in the box and being so positioned that with the trays in place the heating elements are in register with the apertures in the trays, and the vessels held therein*
4. The storage box claimed in claim 3 characterised thereby that it is partitioned into two halves by a centrally extending vertical wall, one of said flexiBe closures extending at eaoh
5. The storage box claimed in claims 3 or A, characterised by the provision of a fan sucking hot air from the spaee wherein the electrical resistances are provided.
6. 0 The storage box claimed in claim 3 or 4, characterised by the provision of cooling unit and means for directing the cold air into the Bpace where that part of the trays with said reoesses is situated*
7. A device for presenting to a consumer and for stocking both chilled or frozen* as well as heated dishes of food substantially as hereinbefore described with reference to and as illustrated in the accompanying drawings*
