Claims (6)

41879/2 WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. Window glaze construction with built in sun screen comprising two glass panes mounted in parallel planes and comprising a distance piece between the two glass panes which latter are held within an elastomeric all round extending frame ;, the said distance piece being constituted by a metal frame which comprises a portion formed as a tubular element in the interior of which there is provided a rotatable bar which is drivingly connected with an electromotor, which bar carries a sun screen in the form of a film or the like, the said portion of the metal frame having a slot for the passage of the said film, this latter being possibly provided with a further weighting bar at its opposite end, such bar being preferably of metal.
2. Window glaze constructions as claimed in Claim 1, characterised thereby that the vertical sides of the metal frame are provided with grooves guiding the bar affixed to the lower end of the protective film.
3. Window glaze dconstructions as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterised thereby that the rotatable bar carrying the protective film and the electromotor are connected by means of an elastic coupling.
4. Window glaze construction as claimed in Claims 1,2 or 3, characterised thereby that in one of the vertical sides of the metal frame there are provided feeler switches determining tbe uppermost and lowermost reach of the bar which is affixed to the lower end of the film.

Window glaze construction as claimed in any of Claims 1 - 4, characterised thereby that the lower horizontal side of the metal frame is also formed as a tubular element in the interior of which an absorbent material is provided, which is in communication with the space between the panes by means of a slut in the said side of the frame.
