Claims (12)
1. · A chimney pipe elbow arrangement comprising a first tubular member of rectangular cross section having a chimney pipe connected thereto, and a second tubular member of rectangular cross section adapted to slide telescopioally over the first member, the free end of the second member being open.
2. , in arrangement according to claim 1 wherein the free end of the second tubular member has a further chimney pipe which is of ciroular cross section connected thereto.
3. · An arrangement according to claim 2 wherein the free end of the second tubular member fits into an aperture in a plate at the end of the further chimney pipe.
4. · An arrangement according to claim 3 wherein the free end of the second tubular member fits into said aperture in an easily detachable manner.
5. An arrangement according to claim 3 or claim 4 wherein the edge of the free end of the second tubular member is folded over, said folded edge engaging said plate adjacent the edge of said aperture.
6. An arrangement according to claim 5 wherein a flange is formed in the second tubular member adjacent said rflSLded edge, said flange engaging the other side of said plate adjacent the edge of said aperture.
7. · An. arrangement according to any one of claims 3 to 6 wherein the dimension of the cross section of the second tubular member is greater than the diameter of the further chimney pipe and the end of the further chimney pipe adjacent said plate is formed with two diametrically opposed extensions whereby the 33337/2 cross section of the end of the further chimney pipe is enlarged to accommodate the free end of the second tubular member.
8. An arrangement according to any one of the preced- Ing claims wherein the free end of the second tubular member merges integrally with a further chimney pipe of circular cross section by way of ah intervening tapering section.
