Description

Foldable Urinating Paper Device Description FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to a foldable urinating paper device.
BACKGROUND ART Many males are unable to urinate directly and precisely into the toilet, as a result of the structure of their genitalia or as a result of a medical problem. There is a need for a device that will enable males with such problems to urinate directly into the toilet using a tube-shaped device, preferably a tube-shaped device that is light, inexpensive, simple, foldable to a flat state, and with a front opening and a rear upper opening into which the user can urinate directly so that the urine will flow along the tube-shaped device and come out through the front opening directly into the toilet. The present invention discloses a good solution to this problem.
Publication US2685399 discloses a collapsible container for urine. The paper urinating device of the present disclosure includes pair of rear triangles panels that are connected together in such a way that they can be folded on top of each other, in a flat position, as well as folded together inward in a folded and flat position between the side walls panels of the paper urinating device. This, structure and function do not exist in the container of publication US26853 DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The intention of the drawings attached to the application is not to limit the scope of the invention and its application.
The drawings are intended only to illustrate the invention and they constitute only one of its many possible implementations.
FIG. 1 depicts the single sheet of paper (10) in unfolded state with its parts and folding lines.
FIGS 2 and 3 depict the paper urinating device (1) in the folded flat sate.
FIG. 4 depicts the paper urinating device (1) when starting to pull out the left-back and right-back tabs.
FIG. 5 depicts the paper urinating device (1) after pulling out the left-back and right- back tabs.
FIG. 6 depicts the paper urinating device (1) when starting to pull out the left-upper and right-upper tabs.
FIG. 7 depicts the paper urinating device (1) after pulling out the left-upper and right- upper tabs.
FIG. 8 depicts the paper urinating device (1) in the open tube-shaped state.
THE INVENTION The objective of the present invention is to provide a paper urinating device (1) that is made of a single sheet of paper (10) that can be folded into a flat state and unfold into an open tube-shaped state having a front opening (20) and a rear upper opening (30) that is designed to direct the urine from the genitalia of the user into the toilet. The single sheet of paper (10) includes: (a) a left-upper panel (413) with a left-upper tab (513) that is folded along a left- upper-tab folding line D - W. (b) a left-bottom panel (414) with a back-left triangular panel (61) that has a left-back tab (515). The back-left triangular panel (61) is folded in relation to the left-bottom 25 panel along a back-left folding line B - A, and the left-back tab (515) is folded in relation to the back-left triangular panel along a back-left-tab folding line B2 – A. (c) a right-upper panel (423) with a right-upper tab (523) that is folded along a right- upper-tab folding line E – V. (d) a right-bottom panel (424) with a back-right triangular panel (62) that has a right- back tab (525). The back-right triangular panel (62) is folded in relation to the right- bottom panel along a back-right folding line C-A, and the right-back tab (525) is folded in relation to the back-right triangular panel along a back-right-tab folding line C2-A. (e) It is clear from the drawings and the explanations above that the folding line B-A between the left-bottom panel and the back-left triangular continues in a straight line with the folding line C-A between the right-bottom panel and the back-right triangular panel.
The left-upper panel (413) is folded along a left folding line B – Y, the right-upper panel (423) is folded along a right folding line C – X, and the left-bottom panel (414) and the right-bottom panel (424) are folded along a central folding line A – Z.
The left-upper tab (513) and the right-upper tab (523) are pasted to each other in such a way that the left-upper panel (413), the left-bottom panel (414), the right-upper panel (423) and the right-bottom panel (424) form a shape of a tube that has the front opening (20). The left-back tab (515) and the right-back tab (525) are pasted to each other in such a way that forms the rear upper opening (20).
As understood from the drawings and the explanations above, the back-left triangular panel and the back-right triangular panel are connected to each other along the folding lines B2-A and C2-A in such a way that enables the back-left triangular panel to be folded on the back-right triangular panel and together to be in a flat position between the left-upper panel and the right upper panel when the paper urinating device is folded into the flat state.
Figure 1 depicts the single sheet of paper (10) in unfolded state with its parts and folding lines. Figures 2 and 3 depict the paper urinating device (1) in the folded flat sate. Figure 4 depicts the paper urinating device (1) when starting to pull out the left- back and right-back tabs. Figure 5 depicts the paper urinating device (1) after pulling out the left-back and right-back tabs. Figure 6 depicts the paper urinating device (1) when starting to pull out the left-upper and right-upper tabs. Figure 7 depicts the paper urinating device (1) after pulling out the left-upper and right-upper tabs. Figure 8 depicts the paper urinating device (1) in the open tube-shaped state.
The paper urinating device (1) can weigh only a few grams, and in the folded flat state can be in a size of about two mm thick, and smaller in size than a standard credit card.
The user can hold with himself several devices, in a flat and folded state, and when necessary he can pull out one device, open it, put the tip of his genitalia directly to the rear upper opening, direct the front opening over the toilet, and urinate into the device so that the urine flows inside along the device and stream out through the front opening directly into the toilet. For opening the device (1) the user simply needs to pull out the left-back and right-back tabs (as seen in Figures 4 and 5) and then to pull out the left-upper and the right-upper tabs (as seen in Figures 6 and 7) to be opened in the tube-shaped state that is ready for use.
