273732/2 1 SHIRT WITH PERMEABLE TOWEL TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of clothes. More particularly, the invention relates to a sport shirt.
BACKGROUND ART When a sportsman sweats, he needs a dry towel for wiping the face thereof.
However, carrying of the towel is a nuisance, and attaching of the towel to the clothes wets the towel by the sweat of the clothes.
JP2008075233 discloses a shirt having a permeable towel. However, once the shirt wets from the user's body, the towel as well becomes wet from the shirt.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a solution to the above-mentioned and other problems.
Other objects and advantages of the invention will become apparent as the description proceeds.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a shirt (10) comprising: - a clothing layer (12), for being worn attached to a user's body! 273732/2 2 - a towel (14), for covering a portion of a user's body! and - a plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) disposed between the towel (14) and the covered portion of the user's body, thereby maintaining the towel (14) dry of sweat produced by the user's body, for allowing the user to wipe an area of the body thereof which is not covered by the shirt (10).

Fig. 5 is a side view of the communicating area between the top area and the bottom area of the shirt of Fig. 1, according to one embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the shirt of Fig. 1, according to another embodiment.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be understood from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments ("best mode"), which are meant to be descriptive and not limiting. The reference numbers have been used to point out elements in the embodiments described and illustrated herein, in order to facilitate the understanding of the invention. They are meant to be merely illustrative, and not limiting. Also, the foregoing embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated in conjunction with systems and methods thereof, which are meant to be merely illustrative, and not limiting.
Fig. 1 is a front sectional view of a shirt according to one embodiment of the present invention.
A shirt 10 according to the present invention includes a top area 40 and a bottom area 42. Bottom area 42 includes a towel 14 and means for spacing, by forming spaces 22, the sweat from towel 14. 273732/2 - 4 - Shirt 10 is directed to be worn, and to receive the sweat from the wearer's body, while maintaining towel 14 substantially dry, for allowing the user to dry the hands and face thereof by towel 14.
Bottom area 42 includes a plurality of vertical passages 22, for allowing the sweat, produced by the user's body, to flow from the area 40 above towel 14 downwards without wetting towel 14.
Fig. 2 is a top view of the top area of the shirt of Fig. 1.
The top area 40 includes a clothing layer 12 only, the material thereof being pleasant to the body.
Fig. 3 is a top view of the bottom area of the shirt of Fig. 1.
The bottom area includes several layers. According to a preferred embodiment, the inner layer, i.e., the layer being attached to the user's body is the same clothing layer 12 of the top area 40, for being pleasant to the body.
The outer layer, i.e., the layer being far from the user's body constitutes towel 14, shown in Fig. 1.
Towel 14 is spaced from clothing layer 12 by at least one spacing layer 28A. Spacing layer 28A includes a plurality of folds 20A, 20B, etc., for forming the plurality of vertical spaces 22, spacing towel 14 from clothing layer 12.
Preferably, spacing layer 28A is of a water resistant, or at least a low absorbing water fabric. 273732/2 - 5 - Fig. 4 is a top view of the bottom area of the shirt of Fig. 1 according to another embodiment.
According to the embodiment of Fig. 4, towel 14 is spaced from clothing layer 12 by spacing layers 28A and 28B. Spacing layer 28A includes a plurality of folds 20A, 20B, etc., for forming the plurality of vertical passages 22, spacing towel 14 from clothing layer 12. Thus, passages 22 are disposed between spacing layers 28A and 28B, being both of low wet absorbing materials.
Fig. 5 is a side view of the communicating area between the top area and the bottom area of the shirt of Fig. 1, according to one embodiment.
The communicating line 18 between top area 40 and bottom area 42 may further include vertical directing channels 30 for directing the sweat from clothing layer 12 of the top area 40 downwards to passages 22 between spacing layers 28A and 28B.
The left side in the figure, entirely filled of clothing layer 12, is the side close to the user's body.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the shirt of Fig. 1, according to another embodiment.
According to the embodiment of Fig. 6, the bottom area 42 does not include clothing layer 12.
Thus, only the top of towel 14, which is congruent with the bottom of the top area 42 of the shirt, is spaced from 273732/2 6 clothing layer 12 by folds 20A, 20B, etc., for forming the plurality of vertical passages 22, spacing the top of towel 14 from the bottom of clothing layer 12.
Towel 14, or at least a portion 32 thereof, may be removed from shirt 10, for using the towel.
Fig. 7 is a side view of the communicating area between the top area and the bottom area of the shirt of Fig. 1, according to the embodiment of Fig. 6.
Spacing layer 28A, spaces towel 14 from the body of the user. The communicating line 18 between top area 40 and bottom area 42 may further include directing channels 30 for directing the sweat from clothing layer 12 of the top area 40 downwards to passages 22 between spacing layer 28A and the body of the user.
The left side in the figure is the side close to the user's body.
Fig. 8 depicts a user wearing the shirt of Fig. 1.
Design effects 16, such as a picture, may camouflage the visual difference between the top area 40 and the bottom area 42.
Thus, the present invention is directed to a shirt (10) comprising: - a clothing layer (12), for being worn attached to a user's body! - a towel (14), for covering a portion of a user's body! and 273732/2 - 7 - - a plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) disposed between the towel (14) and the covered portion of the user's body, thereby maintaining the towel (14) dry of sweat produced by the user's body, for allowing the user to wipe an area of the body thereof which is not covered by the shirt (10).
The plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) disposed between the towel (14) and the covered portion of the user's body, comprise a first spacing layer (28A) comprising a plurality of folds (20A, 20B), thereby the plurality of folds (20A, 20B) space the towel (14) from the covered portion of the user's body.
The spacing layers (28A, 28B) preferably are of a water resistant fabric.
The plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) may comprise a water resistant material.
The towel (14) typically is disposed at the bottom area (42) only of the shirt (10), for covering the bottom portion of the user's body.
The shirt (10) may further comprise^ - a plurality of vertical directing channels (30) disposed between the top area (40) of the clothing layer (12) and the towel (42), for directing the sweat of the top area (40) of the clothing layer (12) downwards therethrough. 273732/2 8 The plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) may further be disposed between the towel (14) and the clothing layer (12), thereby sweat wetting the clothing layer (12) does not wet the towel (14).
According to one embodiment, the portion (40) of the clothing layer (12), typically being the upper portion, is covered by the towel (14), and the plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) are disposed between the towel (14) and the portion (40) of the clothing layer (12).
The shirt (10) may further comprise : - a first layer (28B), for being attached to the towel (14), for not allowing sweat reach the towel (14); and - a second layer (28A), being spaced from the first layer (28A) by the plurality of spacers (20A, 20B), thereby the sweat drops between the first (28A) and second (28B) layers, for not wetting the towel (14).
At least a portion (32) of the towel (14) may be removable from the clothing layer (12).

1. A shirt (10) with a permeable towel, comprising: - a clothing layer (12), for being worn attached to a user's body! - a towel (14), for covering a portion of a user's body! and - a plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) disposed between said towel (14) and the covered portion of the user's body, wherein said plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) disposed between said towel (14) and the covered portion of the user's body, comprise a first spacing layer (28A) comprising a plurality of folds (20A, 20B), thereby maintaining said towel (14) dry of sweat produced by the user's body, for allowing the user to wipe an area of the body thereof which is not covered by said shirt (10), and thereby said plurality of folds (20A, 20B) space said towel (14) from the covered portion of the user's body.
2. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, wherein said first spacing layer (28A) comprises a water resistant fabric.
3. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) comprises a water resistant material.
4. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, wherein said towel (14) is disposed at a bottom area (42) only of said shirt (10), for covering a bottom portion of the user's body. 573732/2 12
5. A shirt (10) according to claim 4, further comprising: - a plurality of vertical directing channels (30) disposed between a top area (40) of said clothing layer (12) and said towel (42), for directing the sweat of said top area (40) of said clothing layer (12) downwards therethrough.
6. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) are further disposed between said towel (14) and said clothing layer (12), thereby sweat wetting said clothing layer (12) does not wet said towel (14).
7. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, wherein a portion (40) of said clothing layer (12) is covered by said towel (14), and wherein said plurality of spacers (20A, 20B) are disposed between said towel (14) and said portion (40) of said clothing layer (12).
8. A shirt (10) according to claim 1, further comprising: - a first layer (28B), for being attached to said towel (14), for not allowing sweat reach said towel (14); and - a second layer (28A), being spaced from said first layer (28A) by said plurality of spacers (20A, 20B), thereby the sweat drops between said first (28A) and second (28B) layers, for not wetting said towel (14).
