GENERAL BACKGROUND Polysulfide sealant is used for sealed, caulking of machinery, buildings and other places. When polysulfide rubber is mixed with the epoxy resin, the terminal thiol group chemically reacts with the epoxy resin to enter the cured epoxy resin structure, thereby giving the crosslinked epoxy resin good flexibility, high shear strength and peel strength. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex. Thus, as a mechanical seal assembly, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of polysulfide sealant have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY The purpose of the present invention is to provide polysulfide sealant production plant, including: kneading machine (L101), kneading machine (L104), conveyor (V101), conveyor (V102), conveyor (V103), dryer (L102), sitter (L103), mixing tank (D101), product pump (J 102); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: conveyor (V101) is connected respectively to kneading machine (L101) and dryer (L102), conveyor (V102) is connected respectively to kneading machine (L102) and sifter (L103), conveyor (V103) is connected respectively to sifter (L103) and mixing tank (D101), product pump (.1102) is connected to mixing tank (D101); among them, jacket capacity of mixing tank (D101) is 120-130 L, outer pot diameter of mixing tank (D101) is 1100-1200 mm, inlet diameter of product pump (J102) is 230-250 mm.
Polysulfide sealant production plant, the production process is: in kneader L101 , firstly mixed polysulfide rubber, epoxy resin (E-51 or E—44) and dibutyl phthalate uniformly, then transferred by V101 to drying oven L102 for heating and drying. After sieving through L103, transported the sieved solid component from V103 to D101, added calcium carbonate, anhydrous aluminum silicate, titanium dioxide, sulfur and stearic acid to D101, mixed uniformly to form A component. In kneader L104, mixed lead dioxide, dibutyl phthalate and stearic acid uniformly and got B component. Use ratio: in accordance with 10:1, mixed A component and B component, got the finished product. The advantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaction rate is improved.
