Abstract
The imidazolines of formula: <IMAGE> with R = cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl, are novel and exert a vasoconstrictive effect; they can be used, as can their salts, in treating rhinological ailments which are accompanied by nasal congestion. The compounds are prepared by reacting a phenoxyacetonitrile C6H4(R)OCH2CN with ethylenediamine.
