Abstract

Apomorphine derivatives are prepared with an improved yield by transposition of the corresponding morphine derivative in the presence of anhydrous phosphoric acid under a partial vacuum, generally between 9 and 20 mm of mercury and at a temperature between 125 DEG C and 140 DEG C. [GB1566049A]
