1378102 Antihypertensive compositions GRUPPO LEPETIT SpA 22 Jan 1973 [14 March 1972] 3208/73 Heading A5B Antihypertensive compositions comprise a compound of the general formula wherein R and R 1 are each halogen atoms or C 1-8 alkyl groups, in association with a compound of the general formula: wherein X is H or Cl, R, is H, C 1-8 alkyl, alkenyl or hydroxy-C 1-4 alkyl, R 3 is C,-alkyl, C 2-8 alkenyl, hydroxy-C 1-4 alkyl or phenyl, or R 2 and R 3 together with the nitrogen atom form a heterocyclic ring of 5-7 atoms, R 4 is H 2 or a group =CR 5 R 6 wherein R 5 is H or C 1-8 alkyl and R 6 is C 1-8 alkyl, carboxy or phenyl. The compositions may be in conventional forms for oral and parenteral administration comprising conventional diluents and excipients. [GB1378102A]
