1372478 Slide culture apparatus e.g. for tissue cells MILES LABORATORIES Inc 7 June 1972 [6 Aug 1971] 26470/72 Heading C6F [Also in Division G2] A microbiological testing apparatus comprises a chamber 18 which may be sealed to a flat baseplate 15 and which contains at least one sealable side wall access port 32, said chamber 18 having a grooved flange 24, 28 containing a sealant. The groove may be accessible by means of port 39 so that sealant, e.g. an organo siloxane elastomer may be injected therein. Opposing side walls of the chamber may be inclined, e.g. at 10 degrees, towards each other. There may be more than one access port. The base-plate may be a microscope slide.
