1390936 Hard fat composition UNILEVER Ltd 29 March 1972 [2 April 1971 (3)] 8501/71 8502/71 and 8503/71 Heading C5C A hard fat composition for use as a cocoabutter substitute comprises (i) a palm oil midfraction and (ii) 1,3-distearyl-2-oleyl glycerol and/or 1 - palmitolyl - 2 - oleyl - 3 - stearolyl glycerol of at least 85% purity. Preferably no other fats are present. The composition is compatible with cocoa-butter. [GB1390936A]
