1,216,113. Copper clad silicone resin laminates. IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. 16 May, 1969 [24 June, 1968], No. 30003/68. Heading B5N. A process for the production of copper clad silicone resin laminates comprising applying to a silicone resin laminate, either before or after curing, a coating of an organopolysiloxane resin having from 1À4 to 1À7 organo groups per silicon atom, applying to the said organo-polysiloxane resin a copper foil and curing the assembly by means of heat and pressure. The organopolysiloxane resin may be applied in the form of a film, obtained by coating or impregnating a glassoloth lamina, or in the form of an organic solvent solution. The silicone resin laminate may be a glasscloth laminate. Several constituents of the organopolysiloxane resins are specified, and catalysts may be present in the resin. [GB1216113A]
