The electrodes, the floor 7 and its rib 7a are accommodated in the panels 4 by slots 5, 6, 6a having reinforcing thickenings 10, their positions being determined by notches 12 in the floor 7 and vertical holes in the thickneings 10 through which locking bars 17 extend to stops 19.
