Abstract

The electric "teethbrush" is an invention that intends to advance the electrical toothbrush industry by covering all teeth in a person's mouth at the same time. To our knowledge there is nothing of its kind in the market place. The moulded rubber gel will protect and hold the brush heads in place and the brush will be able to sit comfortably in the mouth. The brush is intended to mould into the shape of the user's mouth. This is ideal to suit any type of mouth sizes from kids to adults. It is also ideal for the elderly and disabled peole that find it hard to brush their teeth. The "teethbrush" is intended to clean places in the mouth that people may miss during the process of brushing their teeth with other products. The electrical "teethbrush" will also give a very fast cleaning of the teeth.

Description

The electric teeth-brush is an invention that covers every tooth in one’s mouth. This is made possible by a brush that surrounds all the top teeth and the bottom teeth at the same time. The brush is made using a moulded rubber gel to suit a person’s mouth, similar to a boxer’s gum shield. Each brush head on the moulded rubber gel will have 3-sides covering all parts of the tooth- (picture on page 3-(A)). This 3-sided brush with surround both top and bottom teeth. As a person bites down on the brush, the brush will lock onto every side of the person’s teeth, enabling a more effective cleaning of the teeth.
The brush will operate through an electrical pivoting motion that is clearly shown on pages 1 and 2. Pages 1 and 2 will show the reader that the pivot method allows the brush to move on both upper and lower teeth in a comfortable fashion. The operational features can also be seen labelled on pages 1 and 2.
Another way of rotating the brush heads on the rubber gelled mouth brush is to use small motors in the rubber gel that operate the brush heads in a counter rotational motion. This can be seen on page 3-picture (B). Picture (B) shows the rubber gel mould with small motors situated inside the gel that operate the brush heads.
Brush head spring loaded. (1) as person bites down on centre brush the spring loaded wedge shape forces the spring loaded side brushes in against the tooth, covering all services of the tooth (2) (a) Double head brushes are held in rubber gel mould in the shape of mouth (b) . cable running threw mould connected to each pivoted centre bar (c) Pivot in centre of cables (d) when cable moves back and forward the brushes heads move back and forward (e) Brushes move over the serfice of the tooth IE 050281 This diagram shows the gum shield type brush, from above Showing a cross section of the device and the cables motors and Drive bar.
The drive bar is mounted off centre of a circler wheel so that each rotation seesaws the bar.
Each end of the bar is connected to a single cable The single cable travels around wheel in the device and returns to the drive bar As the drive bar seesaws it draws the cable back and forward As shown in diagram (1) the cable draws the brush heads back and forwards titlebar Upper Right Central upper Right Lateral Upper Right Cuspid Upper Right 1st Bicuspid Upper Right 2nd Bicuspid Upper Right «et Motor Upper Right 2nd Motor Upper Right 3rd Motor (Wisdom Tooftt) Lower Right Ori Motor (Wisdom Tooth) Lower Right 2nd Molar * Lower Right-tut Motor Lower Right 2nd Bicuspid Lower Right tel Bicuspid Lower Right Cuspid Lower Right lateral >*’’ Lower Right Centre! fKASEL Upper Left Central Upper Left Leram I Upper Left Cuspid ,_nr Upper Left let Bicuspid Upper Left 2nd Bicuspid Upper Left let (Motor Upper Left 2nd Motor Upper Left 3rd Motor (Wisdom Tooth) Lower lew 3rd Motor (Wwdom Tooth) Lower Led and Motor Lower Left 1st Motor Lower Left 2nd BteefepM Lower Left lift Bicuspid Lower Left Cuspid Lower left Leteral * Lower Left Central »02βί it Οϋβ \Α(\^>χΧ Cx\ Avu^. \λ \λΛ> ^ο<α2Λ> λ(\ <Χ0^λ4Χ Αχρ \ο^\\ χ ' CoOi\K 4- < ϋ\4κ ibC\(\ <\si -2><\ f Λ < QcAtA 'sA<2_ A<4xtx (^K ^<0\ \A\u vJx Gcm^ O^ex ^o\ <4< CxiL \ Xtx \w Ax(L SxvovcC x3x<2_ VjC^AKj^ Άχ>< uf\X cxi Vx Ακτν <3^ ^Άχ, 4s Φοκ4 3(^\ •NKSXXL <>Ά \v<4X\e<\/& \o \k \ (4 j 4xe-JX\ c^pc^ ΚΝχϊΧ-Όχ Ak-iL· CkVXYX — 'Ax/cKK T’P’i v \ r \ ( ύ \ \ .
