For blister packs made of foil stock material, such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, or metal smoke, the blister nests consist of a uniform base stair or base nest form (1) and an additional stepped nest form (5) therein. The latter can be customized or adapted to the shape and size of any product / 2 /. The overall height and / or depth of the nest molds (1, 5) is preferably adapted to the (2) dimensions of the respective product.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a blister pack made of a film base material such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or metal smoke, wherein the blister nests formed in the base material have a uniform base step.

The advantage of blister nests made of a foil base material with a uniform base step is the significant simplification of the preparation of the prepackage, e.g. in the form of bubbles. Depending on the geometry and dimensions of the pieces to be packaged, they may only be fitted or inserted in the size range of the uniform base staircase.

The use of a single base step in a foil path or web nesting slot while simultaneously shaping the nest, adapted to the article, product to be received, allows the use of a universally usable guide rail or guide, and a universally usable transfer roller and simplified forming tool. A single forming tool is sufficient to produce a uniform base staircase.

In accordance with the present invention, an additional stepped nest shape is provided within the uniform base stair or base nest mold, which can be customized or adapted to the shape and size of any product. To create this, the only shaping tool with which to create a single basic step is sufficient.

In order to produce the desired blister nest κ, essentially only one suitable stamp is required. Therefore, there is no retrofitting of the usual conventional production unit.

The initial shape of the universal stepped buoys nest requires only one shaped stamp, which creates, on the one hand, the uniform base step and, on the other hand, the stepped nest form that fits the id.omd. piece to be packaged. Thanks to a single basic staircase, all other devices needed for production can be used in a uniform way. The height or depth of the receptacle in which the product to be packaged is received can be varied continuously as desired.

The element required for the production of the stepped bubble nest is a forming head formed as a stamp corresponding to the desired nest shape.

The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the figures, wherein:

Turning to each of the figures, the conventional nest form 1 shown in Figure 1 has smooth side walls. This can also be seen in Figure 2, where product 2, such as a pharmaceutical tablet, is contained in the nest form 1.

The embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in Fig. 3, where a smaller nest shape 5 is connected to the nest form 1. Thus a stair is formed on the side walls. Here, in fact, the actual nest shape 3 is formed within the nest form 1 forming the uniform base staircase. Figure 4 shows how two products centrally positioned in ^three housing 3 form, reaching up both a larger one mold nest.

In the case of a capsule-shaped product, the nest form shown in Figures 5 and 6 is longitudinal and cross-sectional, which is elongated according to the capsule shape.

Figure 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of a nest construction for capsule packaging according to the invention. Here, starting from a uniform nest shape according to Fig. 5, a capsule is formed, that is, a receptacle shape 3 receiving the product 2 and adapted to its shape.
