Abstract
Animal fats are flavoured, odourised and stabilised by the addn. of vegetable matter extracts and essential oils. Fats are added to mixts. of dried vegetable components, so that fats should contain 0.5-35% vegetable matter. The mixt. is agitated for 4-150 hrs. at 150-60 deg.C. Vegetable matter is removed and treated fats are packaged.
