Description
A találmány tárgya nyomásváltásos adszorpciós berendezés gázelegyek adszorpciós úton történő szétválasztására, főként oxigén vagy nitrogén levegőből történő kinyeréséhez.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pressure-exchange adsorption device for the separation of gas mixtures by adsorption, in particular to recover oxygen or nitrogen from the air.
Adsorption devices are often used to separate gas mixtures, such as oxygen or nitrogen from the air. Due to their cost-effectiveness, they prefer devices which operate on alternating pressures, i.e. so-called pressure-exchange adsorption devices. In these devices, adsorption and desorption occur at different pressures. This involves an adsorption process at increasing pressure and a desorption process at decreasing pressure, which is usually followed by purging the adsorbent with the recovered pure gas. In order for these processes to be performed sequentially, pressure-adsorption devices must have multiple absorbers and a plurality of valves. However, these valves significantly increase the material and cost associated with the equipment, and therefore, the development is primarily aimed at reducing the cost due to the large number of valves.
Erre példaként említhetjük a DE-OS 3 310,759 lsz. A gázkimeneti csonkon levő szeleptömb egy külön gázvezetéken keresztül össze vanAn example of this is DE-OS 3 310,759. The apparatus described in U.S. Patent No. 4,600, wherein a valve block is connected to the gas inlet and gas outlet of the adsorber and is provided with valves integrated in the main connecting lines. The valve block at the gas outlet is connected via a separate gas line
- 3 kötve a termékgáz puffertartályával. Egy ilyen szeleptömb szerkezeti kialakítása és a csatlakozóvezetékek elrendezése azonban a fenti iratban nincs részletesebben ismertetve.- 3 connected to the product gas buffer tank. However, the construction of such a valve block and the arrangement of the connecting conduits are not described in more detail in the above document.
A DD-PS 265 806 lsz. The GDR patent proposes a valve assembly for pressure-shift adsorption devices which is substantially block-shaped. This valve block contains adsorber gas lines in which adsorber valves are arranged. In this embodiment, each adsorber valve is connected to a product gas line through a cross-section. Each product gas conduit, through the cross-sectional branch, leads to a plurality of adsorber valves arranged in different adsorber gas conduits and is thus connected to each of the adsorber valves. The adsorber gas lines lead from the valve block to the individual adsorbers, whereby the valve block is connected to all adsorbers through these adsorber gas lines. In addition, the valve blocks are connected via separate gas lines to the gas mixture and the product gas storage. A disadvantage is that these gas pipelines increase the weight and the probability of leakage of the pressure-exchange adsorption device.
Célunk a találmánnyal a nyomásváltásos adszorpciós berendezésekkel kapcsolatos anyag- és költségráfordítás mérséklése, továbbá ezen berendezések helyigényének és súlyának a csökkentése.It is an object of the present invention to reduce the material and cost associated with pressure change adsorption devices and to reduce the space and weight of these devices.
A találmány által megoldandó feladat a szeleptömbök, az adszorberek, a gázelegy-tároló és a termékgáz-tároló egymáshoz képesti elrendezésének olyan kialakítása, hogy az ezen egységek közötti gázvezetékek száma és hossza a minimálisra csökkenjen.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an arrangement of valve blocks, adsorbers, gas mixture storage and product gas storage to minimize the number and length of gas conduits between these units.
The object of the present invention is achieved by combining the adsorbers, the gas storage and the product gas storage into a compact container group and directly adjacent the inlet ends of the adsorbers and the gas storage, and a first common valve block, a second common valve block is provided adjacent the outlet ends of the product gas reservoir. In addition, within the first valve block, there is a first gas line from the gas mixture reservoir to each of the absorbers, and within the second valve block, a second gas line from each of the adsorbers to the product gas reservoir. In this way, the gas flows directly from the gas mixture reservoir directly into the first valve block, from the valve blocks directly into the adsorbers, from the adsorbers directly into the valve blocks, and from the second valve block directly into the product gas reservoir.
Therefore, there are no gas lines between the adsorbers, the gas mixture and the product gas storage, and the individual valve blocks.
The adsorbers preferably have at their respective inlet and outlet ends a spacer which is arranged directly on the respective valve block. The insert also includes screen elements and optionally spring elements. The screen elements prevent the adsorbent from penetrating the valve block while the spring elements compress the adsorbent.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inlet and outlet ends of the gas mixture reservoir are provided with an intermediate piece arranged directly on the first valve block. It is also expedient to have an inlet and outlet end of the product gas reservoir which is arranged directly on the second valve block.
In a particular embodiment of the pressure change adsorption device of the present invention, the adsorbers consist of two adsorber portions which are arranged vertically side by side and are connected to one another by a connecting line. This embodiment allows space-saving design of the pressure-exchange adsorption device.
An essential advantage of the present invention is that it eliminates a number of gas conduits between the adsorbers, the gas storage and the product gas storage, and the individual valve blocks, thereby making the pressure-exchange adsorption device more compact and lighter.
A találmányt részletesebben kiviteli példák kapcsán, a csatolt rajz alapján ismertetjük.The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a valve block, Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a pressure-exchange adsorption device with split adsorbers, Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of a pressure-adsorption device with split adsorbers, Fig. 5 is a plan view of a pressure change adsorption device with split adsorbers, wherein the valve blocks are provided with front faces.
Az ismertetésre kerülő nyomásváltásos adszorpciós berendezés oxigénnek a levegőből történő kinyerésére szolgál. A szétválasztandó gázelegy tehát ebben a példában levegő.The pressure-adsorption apparatus described herein is intended to extract oxygen from the air. The gas mixture to be separated is thus air in this example.
Azokban a 8 közdarabokban, amelyek a három 1,2,3 adszorberre vannak felerősítve, egy-egy szita van beépítve, amely megakadályozza az adszorbens kilépését aThe first adsorber 1, the second adsorber 2 and the third adsorber 3 form an essential part of the pressure-exchange adsorption device. These three adsorbents 1,2,3 are disposed directly adjacent to the first valve block 4 and the second valve block 5. In addition, the gas mixture reservoir 6 is located directly adjacent to the first valve block 4, while the product gas reservoir 7 is located directly adjacent to the second valve block 5. The three adsorbers 1,2,3 are directly connected at their inlet ends to the first valve block 4 and at their outlet ends to the second valve block 5. The three adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas mixture reservoir 6 and the product gas reservoir 7 are connected to the two valve blocks 4,5 in each case through a cylindrical insert 8. These spacers 8 are gas-tightly secured (welded) to the inlet and outlet ends of the adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas mixture reservoir 6 and the product gas reservoir 7, reaching into and screwing into one of the valve blocks 4,5. In this way, a rigid, gas-tight connection can be established between the two 4,5 valve blocks and the said units. The meshes, which are attached to the three adsorbents 1,2,3, each have a sieve which prevents the adsorbent from leaving the
4,5 szeleptömbökbe. Ugyanakkor a három 1,2,3 adszorber kimeneti végein az adszorbensréteget határoló fenékhez hozzárendelt feszítőszerkezet nyúlik be a 8 közdarabokba.4.5 valve blocks. At the same time, at the outlet ends of the three adsorbers 1,2,3, a tensioning device attached to the bottom bounding the adsorbent layer extends into the spacers 8.
A 8 közdarabok a műszaki lehetőségekhez mérten a lehető legrövidebbre vannak kialakítva, vagyis olyan rövidre, ami egy a 4,5 szeleptömbökbe behajtott tőcsavarok által létesített csavarkötéshez feltétlenül szükséges. Más kiviteli alakoknál a 8 közdarab hosszát azon beépített alkatrészek nagysága határozza meg, amelyeket a 8 közdarabban kell elrendezni. The inserts 8 are designed to be as short as is technically possible, that is to say, as short as is strictly necessary for the screw connection provided by the studs screwed into the valve blocks 4.5. In other embodiments, the length of the spacer 8 is determined by the size of the integral parts that are to be arranged in the spacer 8.
Ily módon a három 1,2,3 adszorber, a 6 gázelegy-tároló és a 7 termékgáz-tároló közvetlenül a kétThe length of the spacers 8 is up to 10% of the length of the adsorbers 1,2,3 or the gas mixture storage 6 or the product gas storage 7. In this way, the three adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas mixture storage 6 and the product gas storage 7 are directly connected to the two
It is arranged beside 4.5 valve blocks or one of them. In addition, the three adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas mixture reservoir 6 and the product gas reservoir 7 are thus combined into a group of vessels.
Ezek az elágazások minden esetben egy csatornán keresztül össze « · ·The two valve blocks 4,5 are formed essentially as described in DD-PS 265 806. It is described in the GDR patent. These valve blocks have a column shape with a rectangular base. As shown in Figure 1, each of the valve blocks 4,5 has a transverse branch at the locations where the housing is equipped with an adsorber 1,2,3 and a gas storage tank 6 and a product gas storage tank 7 respectively. These branches are always connected through one channel «· ·
ábrán három ilyen 9 adszorberszelep látható.8 are connected to the intermediate piece 8 so that gas can flow from the adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas mixture storage 6 and the product gas storage 7 into the appropriate branch and vice versa. In each case, the branches end up in two or three tube ends which, together with each pneumatically operated membrane, form the adsorber valves 9. Figure 1 shows three such adsorber valves 9.
A hengeralakú fészkek ezen gázvezetékek részét képezik. A keresztalakú elágazásokhoz vezető csövek tengelyei metszik egy adott gázvezeték tengelyét.At the locations where said pipe ends are located, the cylindrical recesses are machined into the two valve blocks 4,5, which together with the pipe ends form an annular gap. The surface of such an annular slot corresponds to the internal cross-sectional surface of the pipe ends. The two valve blocks 4,5 have two or three gas lines in the longitudinal direction which interconnect the three adsorbers 1,2,3 and the gas mixture storage tank 6 and the product gas storage tank 7 respectively. Cylindrical nests are part of these gas pipelines. The axes of the pipes leading to the transverse branches intersect the axis of a given gas pipeline.
As shown in Figure 2, one of the gas conduits in the first valve block 4 is connected to a compressed air conduit 10. This gas conduit connected to the compressed air conduit 10 is considered to be the first conduit 11. This gas conduit 11 extends along the entire length of the first valve block 4 and connects the compressed air conduit 10 to the gas mixture reservoir 6 and the three adsorbers 1,2,3, and thus also connects the gas mixture reservoir 6 to the three 1,2,3 adsorbers. The compressed air line 10 is used to supply air as a gas mixture from which oxygen is required.
- 9 majd adszorpció útján kinyerni.- 9 then by adsorption.
In the first gas conduit 11 in the first valve block 4, a filter is provided which protrudes into the intermediate part 8 for the gas mixture reservoir 6. The air coming from the compressor through the compressed air line 10 flows through this filter into the gas mixture reservoir 6, through which the gas mixture reservoir part 8, the first gas line 11 and the adsorber valves 9 assigned to the respective adsorber 1,2,3. 2.3 of the adsorber in which the adsorption process takes place.
Another gas line of the first valve block 4, which also extends along the entire length of the valve block 4, is connected to a waste gas line 12. However, this gas line is not connected to the gas mixer 6. Through the waste gas pipeline 12, the waste gas generated in the adsorbers 1,2,3 during the desorption and purging process leaves the first valve block 4. The waste gas then exits from the respective adsorber 1,2,3 into the associated insert 8, from where it enters the gas line in the first valve block 4 and is connected to the waste gas line 12 and finally through the waste gas line 12.
A 7 termék10 gáz-tárolóban tároljuk a kinyert oxigént. A második 5 szeleptömbben elrendezett többi gázvezeték a három 1,2,3 adszorber egymás közötti összekötésére szolgál.The three adsorbers 1,2,3 are connected to each other and to the product gas storage 7 via a second gas line 13 in the second valve block 5. In the second gas line 13, a non-return valve is installed between the three adsorbers 1,2,3 and the product gas storage 7, which prevents oxygen from returning from the product gas storage 7 to the three 1,2,3 adsorbers. The product 7 is stored in a gas storage for the recovered oxygen. During the adsorption process, the separated oxygen passes from the respective adsorber through the intermediate piece 8 associated with this adsorber and the associated adsorber valve 9 to the second gas line 13 leading to the product gas storage 7 and through this gas line and backflow valve to the product gas storage 7. The second gas line 13 is connected to a product gas line through which oxygen from the product gas storage 7 is discharged from the pressure-exchange adsorption device. This product gas line 14 is provided with a valve for controlling oxygen uptake from the product gas storage 7. The other gas lines arranged in the second valve block 5 serve to interconnect the three adsorbers 1,2,3.
A 2. In the apparatus shown in Figure 2, the two valve blocks 4,5 are disposed above and below each other, i.e. the adsorbers 1,2,3, the gas storage tank 6 and the product gas storage tank 7. This embodiment is preferable for larger pressure change adsorption devices.
A 3. In the embodiment of Figures 3 and 4, the three adsorbers 1,2,3 are divided and the two valve blocks 4,5 are arranged horizontally next to each other. In each case, the two adsorber portions are interconnected by a connecting line 15 through which gas flows from one adsorber portion to another. This embodiment is preferable for smaller pressure-shift adsorption devices where space saving is desired.
Az 5. ábrán egy négyzetes alapfelületű nyomásváltásos ·»·Figure 5 shows a square pressure change · · ·
A két homloklap ily módon a két- 11 adsorption devices are shown. Again, the three adsorbers 1,2,3 are divided and the two valve blocks 4,5 are arranged horizontally side by side. Each of the 4.5 valve blocks is provided with a front face. The front panels also have gas lines which are connected to the gas lines of the 4,5 valve blocks. The gas lines in the front panel of the first 4 valve blocks lead to the inlet ends of the three adsorbers 1,2,3. The first gas conduit 11, which is connected to the compressed air conduit 10, also leads to the gas mixture reservoir 6. The second gas conduit 13 in the front face of the second valve block 5 leads to the outlet ends of the three adsorbers and to the product gas storage 7. The two faces are thus the two
4,5 szeleptömb szerves részét képezi. It is an integral part of 4.5 valve blocks.
Ez a kiviteli alak főként nagyon kis helyigényű kisebb nyomásváltásos adszorpciós berendezéseknél alkalmazható előnyösen. This embodiment is particularly suitable for smaller pressure-adsorption devices with very small space requirements.
Ez a kiviteli alak kiválóan alkalmas a berendezésnek egy viszonylag kis tartályban való elhelyezésére.This embodiment is well suited for locating the apparatus in a relatively small container.
