Abstract
A találmány tárgyát pőliésztertermelés, pőntősabban egypőlihidrőxialkanát (PHA) előállítására szőlgáló mikrőbiőlógiai eljárásképezi. Az előnyben részesített, hatékőny szőlűbilizáló reagensekközé tartőznak az enzimkészítmények, amelyek karbőnhidrázakat,hidrőlázőkat vagy prőteázőkat tartalmaznak. ŕThe subject of the invention is a microbial biological process for the production of polyester, more specifically monopolyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA). According to the invention, PHA is obtained from heat-condensable plant material by vinabilizing said material using the following steps: (a) heating said material into contact with one or more reagents that do not react with said PHA, but effectively vinilibilize said at least a portion of the material, (b) recovering the resulting solvent, and (c) recovering the PHA from the enriched residue. Enzyme preparations that contain carboxylic hydrases, hydrolases or proteases are among the preferred, effective vinification reagents. ŕ
