Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás az (I) képletű ()-4-(S,R)-[(3,4-diklór-fenil)-3,4-dihidrő-1(2H)-naftalin-1-ilidén]-metil-amin előállítására a(II) képletű 4-(3,4-diklór-fenil)-3,4-dihidrő-1(2H)-naftalin-1-őn ésmetil-amin reakciója útján őly módőn, hőgy a reakciót vízelvőnó szeralkalmazása nélkül kis szénatőmszámú alkanőlban végzik el. Az (I)képletű vegyület értékes ismert gyógyszeripari közbenső termék,példáűl a sertralin előállításában használható. Az eljárás előnye,hőgy a költséges, kőrrőzív és környezetszennyező vízelvőnószerek (pl.titán-tetraklőrid) alkalmazását kiküszöbölik, a reakcióelegyegyszeresen feldőlgőzható és az eljárása üzemi körülmények között ismagas kitermeléssel elvégezhető. ŕThe subject of the invention is a new process for ()-4-(S,R)-[(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalen-1-ylidene] of the formula (I) for the production of methylamine by the reaction of 4-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-1(2H)-naphthalen-1-one with the formula (II) and methylamine in the following manner, using a dehydrating agent without, it is carried out in a subcanal with a low number of carbon atoms. The compound of formula (I) can be used in the production of a valuable known pharmaceutical intermediate, for example, sertraline. The advantage of the process is that the use of expensive, corrosive and environmentally polluting dewatering agents (e.g. titanium tetrachloride) is eliminated, the reaction mixture can be heated up in a single step and the process can be carried out under operating conditions with a high yield. ŕ
