Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás adott, A emissziós spektrumúelektrolumineszcens foszfor előállítására. A találmányt azjellemzi, hogy a B emissziós spektrumnak a CIE Y-értéke kb: 0,250 ésaz A emissziós spektrumnak a CIE Y-értéke 0,230-kb.0,200 közé esik. Afoszfor például ZnS:Cu, és kb. 0,39 tömeg% rezet tartalmaz; a bevonóprekurzor trimetilalumínium. A találmány tárgya továbbáelektrolumineszcens foszfor, amelyet a találmány tárgya szerintieljárással állítanak elő. Az említett foszfort az jellemzi, hogyfelezési ideje kb. 1295 óra.The subject of the invention is a method for the production of electroluminescent phosphor with a given emission spectrum. During the process, an initial electroluminescent phosphor with an emission spectrum B different from A is produced, a coating is applied to said initial phosphor with an emission spectrum B in order to increase the resistance of said initial phosphor against the harmful effects of moisture, while at the same time the emission spectrum of said phosphor is changed to A. During the application of the mentioned coating, a coating precursor is reacted with a mixture of oxygen and ozone. The invention is characterized by the fact that the CIE Y value of the B emission spectrum is approximately 0.250 and the CIE Y value of the A emission spectrum falls between 0.230 and approximately 0.200. Aphosphorus, for example, ZnS:Cu, and approx. contains 0.39 wt% copper; the coating precursor is trimethylaluminum. The subject of the invention is also an electroluminescent phosphor, which is produced by the method according to the subject of the invention. The mentioned phosphorus is characterized by its half-life of approx. 1295 hours.
