Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás gázdiffúziós elektródoknál, elsősorbanelektrolizáló cellákban alkalmazható lapos alakzat előállítására,melynek során a lapos alakzatot egy hengerpár segítségével, legalábbegy katalizátort vagy egy katalizátorkeveréket és egy kötőanyagottartalmazó száraz porkeverék hengerlésével állítják elő. A találmányszerinti eljárás jellemző vonása, hogy a hengerpár hengerlésifelületére a porkeverékkel történő érintkeztetés előtt egy folyékony,szerves vegyületet visznek fel a teljes felületen eloszlatva, majd ahengerlési felületet megszárítják, ahol a folyékony, szerves vegyületelőnyösen (I) általános képletű alkohol, a képletben R1, R2 és R3jelentése egymástól függetlenül hidrogénatom vagy alifás vagycikloalifás alkilcsoport, ahol Rl, R2 és R3 együtt legfeljebb 8szénatomot tartalmaz, vagy legfeljebb 6 szénatomos arilcsoport; aholR1, R2 és R3 közül legfeljebb egy jelentése olyan arilcsoport,amelyben adott esetben egy vagy több hidrogénatom helyett legfeljebb 8szénatomos alkilcsoport áll; vagy (I) általános képletű alkoholokés/vagy (II) általános képletű keton elegye, a képletben R4 és R5jelentése egymástól függetlenül alifás vagy cikloalifás alkilcsoport,ahol R4 és R5 együtt legfeljebb 8 szénatomot tartalmaz vagy legfeljebb6 szénatomos arilcsoport, ahol R4 és R5 közül legfeljebb egy jelentéseolyan arilcsoport, amelyben adott esetben egy vagy több hidrogénatomhelyett legfeljebb 8 szénatomos alkilcsoport áll, vagy (II) általánosképletű ketonok és/vagy (III) általános képletű észter keveréke, aképletben R6 és R7 jelentése egymástól függetlenül alifás vagycikloalifás alkilcsoport, ahol R6 és R7 együtt legfeljebb 8 szénatomottartalmaz vagy R7 jelentése legfeljebb 6 szénatomos arilcsoport,amelyben adott esetben egy vagy több hidrogénatom helyett legfeljebb 8szénatomos alkilcsoport áll, vagy (III) általános képletű észterekelegye.
