Abstract

A szálak átmérője (d) 0,38 és 1,05 mmközötti, a teljes hossza 19 és 80 mm közötti, a végrészek hossza (I,I') 1,5 és 4 mm közötti; a középrész (11) és a végrész (12) közöttikeresztirányú eltolás (h, h') értéke legalább 0,75 mm. Furthermore, the angle (a, a') between the guide part (13) and the central part (11) is at most 160°. The minimum tensile strength of the fibers is 900 N/mm2; per cubic meter of concrete, the concrete mix contains between 180 and 400 kg of hydraulic binder, between 90 and 150 l of water, between 25 and 60 kg of metal fibers, and up to 1.8% of the weight of the hydraulic binder, plasticizer and/or setting delay additive. The essence of the proposed procedure is to create a concrete layer from a fiber-reinforced concrete mixture compacted with a cylinder, the bending strength of which changes continuously in a wide range of crack opening sizes, for example, with opening sizes between 0 and 4 mm, but without breaking the fibers.
