Abstract
Description
Předkládané řešení týkající se nové skladby drátkobetonu ultravysokých pevností spadá do oblasti kompozitních materiálů s cementovou matricí, u kterých se dosahuje ultravysokých charakteristických pevností v tlaku, vyšších než 120 MPa.The present solution for a new ultra-high strength wire-reinforced concrete composition falls within the field of cement matrix composite materials which achieve ultra-high characteristic compressive strengths higher than 120 MPa.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Tím dochází k výrazné nehomogenitě materiálu a tím i k zhoršení vlastností celého drátkobetonu. The development of reinforced concrete composites with cement matrix currently leads to concretes referred to as HPC or UHPC, ie high and ultra high-grade concretes, which are characterized mainly by high average compressive strengths of about 200 MPa. Everything is based on achieving the full structure of the composites, which is achieved by cement cement doses of 600 to 1000 kg / m 3 , minimum water coefficients (0.16 to 0.25) and one type of wires of 8 to 12 mm length 100 to 300 kg / m 3 . It is necessary to use special additives and admixtures. Aggregates, as an essential component of the composite, are used in fractions with a maximum grain size of 2 or 4. The main disadvantage of this solution is the significant settlement of the metal wires to the bottom surface of the produced element. This effect is due to the fact that the steel fibers cannot become trapped by larger aggregate grains of 8 or 16 mm. This leads to a significant inhomogeneity of the material and thus to a deterioration of the properties of the whole wire-concrete.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Výše uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje drátkobeton ultravysokých pevností s cementovou matricí, obsahující křemičitanový cement, čedičové kamenivo, kovová vlákna, příměsi a přísady. Součtová hmotnost obou typů kovových vláken leží v rozmezí 100 až 280 kg/m3.The above-mentioned disadvantages eliminate ultra-high strength reinforced concrete with a cement matrix containing silicate cement, basalt aggregates, metal fibers, admixtures and additives. The amount of admixtures in volume is given by the results of the gap test of the mixture of basalt aggregate and metal fibers and the additives are in the amount necessary to achieve the desired workability, depending on the actual application. The essence of the new solution is that in the cement matrix there are 600 to 1000 kg / m 3 of silicate cement, basalt aggregate is composed of three fractions, namely fractions 0/4, 4/8 and 8/16, water coefficient is in the range 0 , 16 to 0.25, and the metal fibers consist of two types of fibers uniformly dispersed in the volume of the hardened wire reinforced concrete. The total weight dose of the basalt aggregate fractions is in the range of 1500 to 2000 kg / m 3 and the ratio of these fractions is determined based on the granulometry and mineralogical composition of the particular basalt aggregate source. In the case of metal fibers, the first type of metal fibers has a rectangular cross section with a width of 0.2 to 0.5 mm, a height of 1.5 to 2.0 mm and a length of 25 to 35 mm. . The strength of the first type of metal fibers is 350 to 450 MPa. The second type of metal fibers has a circular cross section with a diameter in the range of 0.08 to 0.12 mm, their length is in the range of 8 to 15 mm and their strength is greater than 2000 MPa. The total weight of both types of metal fibers is between 100 and 280 kg / m 3 .
Poměr prvního a druhého typu kovových vláken je s výhodou v rozmezí 0,5:1,5 až 1,5:0,5.The ratio of the first and second types of metal fibers is preferably in the range of 0.5: 1.5 to 1.5: 0.5.
It is highly preferred that the metal fibers are recovered from waste. The first type of metal fibers are preferably made of scrap metal bands and the second type of metal fibers are cut from corded wires obtained by recycling tires.
Příměsi jsou obvykle v rozmezí 5 až 15 % objemu vyráběného drátkobetonu. The admixtures are usually in the range of 5 to 15% by volume of the reinforced concrete produced.
Nové řešení tedy spočívá v návrzích struktury cementového kompozitu, to je drátkobetonu, s využitím dvou rozdílných typů kovových vláken. Význam nového řešení výrazně vzroste, jsou-li kovová vlákna získaná výhradně z odpadu. Důsledkem užití rozptýlených kovových vláken dvouThe new solution therefore consists in designing the structure of a cementitious composite, i.e., a reinforced concrete, using two different types of metal fibers. The importance of the new solution will increase significantly if the metal fibers are obtained exclusively from waste. As a result of the use of scattered metal fibers two
Of different types is not only reinforcing the structure of reinforced concrete, but also ensuring uniform distribution of coarse grains of used aggregate. A necessary condition for the design of this reinforced concrete composition is the use of basalt aggregates in the composition of common fractions 0/4, 4/8, 8/16. The weight ratio of the fractions depends on the desired characteristics of the hardened wire reinforced concrete.
Příklady uskutečnění vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The design of the reinforced concrete composition is carried out according to the requirements for compressive strength or tensile strength. Aggregate weights range from 1500 to 2000 kg / m 3 , depending on the metal fiber weights used. The total weight of both types of metal fibers ranges from 100 to 280 kg / m 3 . The metal fibers of the first type have a rectangular cross-section of 0.2 to 0.5 mm / 1.5 to 2 mm and a length of 25 to 30 mm at a strength of 350 to 450 MPa and are made of scrap metal strips. The metal fibers of the second type have a circular cross-section with a diameter of 0.08 to 0.12 mm, a length of 8 to 15 mm and their strength is greater than 2000 MPa. This second type of fiber is obtained preferably when recycling tires. The weight ratio of said types of metal fibers at dosing is in the range of 0.5: 1.5 to 1.5: 0.5, usually 1: 1, and these metal fibers are always uniformly dispersed in the hardened wire-reinforced concrete.
Vodní součinitel je v rozmezí 0,16 až 0,25.Cement, additives and admixtures are dosed to achieve a full structure of reinforced concrete, which carries ultra-high strengths and ensures suitable workability of fresh reinforced concrete by conventional compaction means. Silicate cement is present in the cement matrix in an amount of 600 to 1000 kg / m 3 . Basalt aggregate is composed of three fractions, namely fractions 0/4, 4/8 and 8/16, whose total weight dose ranges from 1500 to 2000 kg / m 3 . The ratio of these fractions is determined on the basis of the strength requirements for hardened reinforced concrete. The water coefficient is in the range of 0.16 to 0.25.
Dále jsou uvedeny příklady složení předmětného drátkobetonu, a to včetně naměřených průměrných pevností v tlaku a v příčném tahu. The following are examples of the composition of the reinforced concrete in question, including the measured average compressive and transverse tensile strengths.

Výsledky tlakových pevnostíResults of compressive strengths
Výsledky pevností v příčném tahuResults of transverse tensile strength
The resulting compressive strength significantly exceeds 60 MPa, which is the minimum limit for high-strength wire-reinforced concrete, so this material can be referred to as high-strength material. Both strength values exceed the typical concrete strengths by approximately six times, resulting in their use in extremely stressed elements such as high-rise columns, pillars and bridge decks in bridge construction.

Výsledky tlakových pevnostíResults of compressive strengths
The resulting compressive strength exceeds 15 MPa, which is the minimum limit for ultra high-strength reinforced concrete, so this material can be referred to as ultra high-strength material. This material is due to its properties designed for extremely stressed elements or very slender, which may be required in the solution of the object. At the same time, its composition is very resistant to freezing cycles and climatic stress.
Pro směs PÍ lze předpokládat hodnotu tahové pevnosti v rozmezí 19,5 až 16,0 MPa.The tensile strength was not experimentally verified in the PI formulation. The whole research confirmed the assumption that tensile strength corresponds to 1/10 compressive strength. This ratio is also fulfilled by the sample formula C1. A tensile strength in the range of 19.5 to 16.0 MPa can be assumed for the PI mixture.

The ultra-high strength of reinforced concrete, which is the subject of this solution, predetermines its use in concrete construction. Its application in real constructions will clearly lead to a significant subtlety of constructions compared to constructions concreted from standard standard concretes as well as from concretes of high strength. The use of reinforced concrete is assumed primarily for structures that cannot be realized under the current conditions, ie extremely statically demanding and complicated details of concrete structures in terms of their reinforcement by both concrete and prestressed reinforcement.
To support the industrial use of reinforced concrete contributes to its production, which can be carried out by common machinery of concrete plants. Significant are also the very small deformations from the shrinkage and creep resulting from the structure of the structure using metal fibers, reinforcing the structure of the produced reinforced concrete.
