Abstract

ÓThe subject of the invention is a process for the production of a structure with ready-made wooden elements, during which the structure is designed with a computer and design software, the wall elements necessary for the construction are manufactured, then delivered to the site, then installed and the structure is prepared and handed over to the builder. The subject of the invention is also a ready-made base and other wall elements. The characteristic of the invention is that the design of the building, the production and construction of the necessary wall elements (11, 12, ..., 1n) in a closed process, producing a complete wall structure from typed, required types of wall elements of a certain size (11, 12, ..., 1n ) are carried out, then, knowing these, the material requirements of the wall structure are collected with design software, then the wall elements of the type and number of pieces collected (11,12, ..., 1n) are manufactured using a selected raw material in accordance with the construction sequence, with computer-controlled target equipment, machined with mechanical precision and provided with a clear identification mark . A concrete base is created, the upper part of which is a flat surface with the required accuracy, on which the initial row of the building is laid - with the help of a pre-prepared blueprint - and bridging elements are built in so that the adjacent surfaces that fit together are closed, and in this way the building is completed until it is structurally ready.
