Abstract
A találmány tárgya készítmény és eljárás heterológnukleotidszekvenciák növényekben történő expresszálására. A készítménymagot preferáló promótert kódoló új nukleinsavszekvencia, azttartalmazó expressziós kazetta, az expressziós kazettát tartalmazótranszformációs vektor és a kazettával stabilan transzformált növényvagy annak része. A találmány tárgyát képezi továbbá növényekbenheterológ nukleotidszekvenciáknak a promóterszekvencia alkalmazásávaltörténő expresszálására szolgáló eljárás. Az eljárás során növényisejtet transzformálnak abból a célból, hogy tartalmazza a találmányszerinti, magot preferáló promóterhez működésképesen kapcsoltheterológ nukleotidszekvenciát és a transzformált növényi sejtbőlstabilan transzformált növényt regenerálnak.
