Abstract

A találmány tárgya kosárszerű árucikkhordozó, valamint hajtogatólap(10) annak kialakítására, amely sorban egymás után hajthatóancsatlakoztatott első végső lapot (14), első oldalsó lapot (16),második végső lapot (18), második oldalsó lapot (20) és harmadik végsőlapot (22); egy, az oldalsó vagy végső lapok (14, 16, 18, 20, 22)egyikéhez hajthatóan csatlakoztatott fenéklapot (72, 74); valamintfogantyúnyílást (44, 58) magában foglaló fogantyúalakzatot tartalmaz.A fogantyúalakzat a második végső laphoz (18) hajthatóancsatlakoztatott első és második fogantyúlapot (38, 52) tartalmaz, azelső fogantyúlap (38) hajthatóan csatlakoztatva van az első végsőlaphoz (14), és a második fogantyúlap (52) hajthatóan csatlakoztatvavan a harmadik végső laphoz (22), az első és második fogantyúlapok(38, 52) az árucikkhordozó összeállított helyzetében kétrétegűfogantyúalakzatot alkotva felületükkel egymással érintkezésbehozhatóan vannak kialakítva és elrendezve. Az első és másodikfogantyúlapok (38, 52) rendre szomszédosak az első és második oldalsólapokkal (16, 20), és azoktól el vannak választva. A találmány tárgyátképezi a kosárszerű árucikkhordozó belső válaszfalalakzatánakkialakítására szolgáló hajtogatólap (80, 80a) is, amely afogantyúalakzathoz és a kosárszerű árucikkhordozó legalább egy végsőlapjához (14, 18, 22) való csatlakozásra alkalmasan kialakított elsőközépső válaszfallapot (86), valamint a középső válaszfallapból (86)kivágott, és ahhoz hajthatóan csatlakoztatott, a hajtogatólapból (80,80a) kialakított árucikkhordozó esetén a fogantyúalakzat egyik oldalántöbb, az árucikkeket befogadó rekeszt alkotó keresztirányúválaszfallapokat (82, 84) tartalmaz. A találmánynak tárgya továbbá azelső hajtogatólapból (10), valamint második hajtogatólapból (80, 80a)álló árucikkhordozó kialakítására szolgáló eljárás is, amelynek során:a második hajtogatólapot (80, 80a) hozzáigazított helyzetben az elsőhajtogatólapra (10) helyezik; az első oldalsó laphoz (16)keresztirányú válaszfallapokat (82, 84) rögzítenek; az elsőhajtogatólap (10) egy fogantyúlapjához (38, 52) középső válaszfallapot(86) rögzítenek; a második oldalsó lapot (20) és a második végső lapot(18) a felületükkel érintkező helyzetbe hajtják a belsőválaszfalalakzattal; és az első és a harmadik végső lapokat (14, 22)egymáshoz rögzítik, és így összeállított, összecsukott árucikkhordozótalakítanak ki.
