A találmány másrészteljárás repülőgép karbantartásának dokumentálására, amely eljárássorán a) információt fogadnak a karbantartást végző közreműködőtől,majd a kapott információ alapján, fájl (18) formájában, digitálisandokumentálják egy repülőgép (3) karbantartási eseményeit, és b) adigitális dokumentum fájlját (18) algoritmus alkalmazásávalátalakítják, c) az átalakítás eredményeként kapott fájlt a közreműködőprivát kulcsával (33) cyphertextté (34) alakítják. A találmány továbbárendszer repülőgép karbantartásának dokumentálására, amelynek a) elsőadatbankjában i) repülőgépet karbantartó közreműködő által generáltdigitális dokumentumok fájljai (18) vannak tárolva, és ii) az egyesdigitális dokumentum fájlok (18) számára MAC hitelesítő kód (27)cyphertextje (34) van tárolva, b) második adatbankjában i) kutathatóadatbázis és ii) a kutatható adatbázisban a digitális dokumentumokbólvett adatok vannak tárolva.
