Abstract
A találmány ásványi töltőanyagot tartalmazó poliolefin-keverékbőlkialakított, javított merevségű hajtásmegtartó fóliákra vonatkozik. Atalálmány szerinti fóliák jellemzője, hogy az ásványi töltőanyagottartalmazó poliolefin-rendszer polimer mátrixból és adalékanyagokbólálló műanyag mátrixot tartalmaz, ahol a polimer mátrix lineáris (lin)poliolefin mátrixból épül fel, a lin-poliolefin mátrix tömegének 5-20%-át termoplasztikus elasztomerek (TPE) vagy termoplasztikus olefin-kopolimer elasztomerek (TPO) alkotják, és a lin-poliolefin mátrix akövetkezőkből áll: (A1) lineáris propilén-homopolimerek és/vagylineáris propilén/etilén kopolimerek keverékei, vagy (A2) 20-65 tömeg% polietilént és a polietilén/polipropilén mátrixban 80-35 tömeg %polipropilént tartalmazó keverékek, ahol a 20-50 tömeg% polietilénttartalmazó rendszerekben a polietilén 14-50 tömeg%-nyi hányadátlineáris kis sűrűségű polietilén (LLDPE), míg az 50 tömeg%-nál többpolietilént tartalmazó rendszerekben a polietilén 35,7-56 tömeg%-nyihányadát LLDPE alkotja; és (C) az (Al) vagy (A2) pont szerinti műanyagmátrixban vagy annak főkomponenseiben töltőanyagként finom eloszlású,10 mm-nél kisebb átlagos szemcseméretű, 20 mm-nél nagyobb méretűszemcséket legfeljebb 5 tömeg%-nyi mennyiségben tartalmazó ásványipigment van jelen olyan mennyiségben, hogy a fólia teljestöltettartalma - az összes töltőanyagnak a fólia össztömegérevonatkoztatott tömeg%-ban kifejezve - 2-10 tömeg%ponttal, célszerűen3-7 tömeg%-ponttal kisebb a CPVC-nél, ahol a CPVC megjelölés azt alegnagyobb töltettartalmat jelenti, aminél a töltőanyag még lehetőleghomogénen bekeverhető az A1 vagy A2 pont szerinti műanyag mátrixbavagy annak főkomponenseibe.
