Abstract

A szerves hulladékanyagok forgó csőkemencében elégetéssel végzettmegsemmisítésére szolgáló eljárás során az elégetéssel megsemmisítendőfeldolgozott szerves hulladékanyagokat a forgókemence (1) főégőjén (4)és/vagy a berendezés más égőjén (5) és/vagy egy segédégőn (6)keresztül közvetlenül az égők 1900 °C-tól 2000 °C-ig terjedő hőfokúlángjába és/vagy a forgókemence (1) valamely 1400°C-tól 1900 °C-igterjedő hőfokú forró tartományába juttatják be. A forgókemencét (1)üzemszerűen tápláló hagyományos tüzelőanyagot vagy ilyenek keverékét,adott esetben hagyományos és alternatív tüzelőanyagok keverékétmeghatározott energiatartalomnak megfelelő részben hús/csontliszttel,hulladék zsírral és/vagy egyéb állati eredetű feldolgozott hulladékkalhelyettesítik. A hulladékokat így saját hőenergiájuk hasznosításával aforgókemence (1) légfelesleget tartalmazó oxidációs légkörében és azabban uralkodó magas hőmérsékleten a tökéletes termikus lebomlásbekövetkezéséig égetik el. A nem toxikus égéstermékek legalább egyrészét a forgókemencébe (1) betáplált cementgyártási nyersanyagkeveréken és az ennek ellenáramú kiégése során képződő klinkerenmegkötik. A csontokból származó ásványi anyagok elégése soránkeletkező hamut a klinkerrel kémiailag reagáltatva a klinkerhidraulikus jellemzőit meghatározó P2O5 tartalom beállításárahasznosítják. By utilizing their own thermal energy, the waste is burned in the oxidation atmosphere of the rotary kiln (1) containing excess air and at the high temperature prevailing in it until the perfect thermal decomposition occurs. At least a part of the non-toxic combustion products is tied to the cement production raw material mixture fed into the rotary kiln (1) and the clinker formed during its countercurrent combustion. The ash produced during the burning of minerals from bones is chemically reacted with the clinker and used to adjust the P2O5 content, which determines the hydraulic characteristics of the clinker.
