Abstract
A szabadalom tárgya kombinált elektronikus és optikai címzéstmegvalósító eszköz, elemek mátrixaként felépülő eszközökhöz, amellyela kizárólag elektronikus, vagy optikai úton címzett eszközök előnyeitegyesíteni lehet, és hátrányaik többsége kiküszöbölhető. A találmányalkalmazható képernyők, kijelzők pixeleinek címzésére, optikaiérzékelők pixelenkénti kiolvasására valamint más olyan területeken,ahol síkmátrixban elhelyezkedő elemek (1) állapotát kell egymástólfüggetlenül megváltoztatni, illetve kiolvasni (pl.: memóriák). Atalálmány lénye, hogy a megcímzendő elemek (1) legalább egycímvezetékhez (3) fényérzékeny alkotórészen keresztül kapcsolódnak,amely a megvilágítás erősségétől függően elektronikusan leválasztja,illetve hozzákapcsolja azokat a címvezetékhez (3). A címvezetékekenérkező elektromos jelek a címvezetékhez (3) kapcsolt elemek (1) közülazokhoz és oly mértékben jutnak el, amelyekhez, és amely mértékben azoptikai címzés engedélyezi. The invention can be used for addressing the pixels of screens and displays, for pixel-by-pixel reading of optical sensors, and in other areas where the state of elements (1) located in a flat matrix must be changed or read independently (e.g. memories). The essence of the invention is that the elements to be addressed (1) are connected to at least one address wire (3) via a light-sensitive component, which electronically disconnects or connects them to the address wire (3) depending on the intensity of the illumination. The electrical signals arriving on the address lines reach the elements (1) connected to the address line (3) and to the extent that the optical addressing allows.
